IMPORTANT: Gaf West in-person attendees MUST SHOW VALID PROOF OF VACCINATION in ONLY THESE THREE FORMATS:
1. CDC Card
2. NY State Excelsior Pass App
3. NYC Health Pass App
ALL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY VALID PHOTO ID.
